How to catch big fish
I've noticed when I go fishing with a really good fisherman he knows exactly what he wants to catch. The expert chooses the bait (or lure), he'll choose the tide time, time of day and location all so he can catch that beautiful flathead, or snapper. His efforts are targeted and researched.
And he's successful.
On the other hand I tend to use whatever is lying around, whenever I feel like it. I'm not successful. I catch small fish that need returning, or worse I don't even get a bite.
Our communication should be like the expert fisherman, targeted, singular in focus and researched.
I don't hear the fishermen saying "I really can't focus just on snapper cause I might miss out on a toad fish"
